🌤️ I take an integrative approach, blending mindfulness-based, somatic, and narrative therapy techniques with evidence-based practices like DBT and CBT to help clients reconnect with their mind, body, and emotions.

Starting therapy can feel unsettling—especially if it’s your first time, or if you’ve tried before and had a difficult experience. I understand how hard it can be to open up to a stranger during vulnerable moments. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and walk alongside you at a pace that feels safe and respectful. You remain in the driver’s seat; I’m here to collaborate, guide, and support you along the way.

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or unsure how to move forward. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can share your story, untangle complex emotions, and learn practical coping tools that bring meaningful relief. With over 15 years of experience across mental health, behavioral health, and medical settings, I’ve supported individuals navigating a wide range of life challenges.

Together, we work to ease anxiety and depression, process grief and loss, improve focus and emotional regulation with ADHD, cope with chronic illness, and strengthen relationships. I integrate mindfulness-based grounding strategies to help you feel more centered, resilient, and in control of your life.

My approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing from family systems, mind–body awareness, CBT, DBT-informed strategies, somatic practices, and narrative therapy. We explore patterns that may feel “stuck” or disconnected and develop skills to create lasting, meaningful change.

I strive to create a calm, supportive environment where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and approach your inner experiences with compassion. Every person’s journey is unique, and therapy is tailored to your needs, strengths, and goals.
